Upon arrival at Hurghada, in the airport you will be met and escorted, and at the end of the holiday as well, by the villa's supervisor Ragab El Azab – a former diving instructor, a favorite driver of tourists and tour organizer. Ragab (pronounced as Rajab) speaks excellent English and knows some Lithuanian and Russian. Many years of working in the field of tourism, he is well aware of the needs and preferences of the Europeans. Villa‘s developers know him since 2005. Since 2010 Ragab actively participated in the villa‘s fitting process. He knows all the nuances of house care and he will assist you to orientate in villa's environment.

If you wish to take a ride around the city and its surroundings, to visit the beaches, the restaurants, the shops and local bazaars, Ragab will be your driver and bodyguard. As the driving rules in Egypt are much (to put it mildly) different from the European ones, to rent a car and drive by yourself here is rather unsafe. Tourists are warned to not travel independently, without the escort outside the resort boundaries, and not knowing Arabic – it would be extremely difficult. Ragab is a punctual and dutiful man, he appreciates his work and reputation. Planning a vacation, you can pre-order a chauffeur‘s service.
